Yes - it is plot 17, the utility room would then be in the northeast direction.
The change in the arrangement of bathtub/toilet was already on our list, we want the bathtub on the wall.
Maybe an extra toilet on the upper floor would be useful.

Otherwise: the main point is stairs/hallway - more light upstairs would be possible by omitting the storage room. But you have so far confirmed my criticism that a wardrobe is missing/the entrance area is small and therefore the space is not optimally used.
What would be a concrete alternative? A half-landing staircase located between the study and living room? Straight staircase across between the study and living room?

…results in a different design. I don’t understand the structure with the inserted WC on the ground floor. Is that an extra from Okal Haus? Like, you could have it if you wanted? Is the Stadtvilla 16 used as a template?

3 toilets for 3 people would be that =D We want a guest WC with shower on the ground floor, the arrangement of guest WC and utility room would be rotated as described above. And yes, Design 16 is the basis.

On the ground floor, I definitely find the original layout more sensible than the living hall with an unnecessary mini kitchen.
