trés chic...but I would dispose of the terminal blocks and use something better.
This is the terminal block in the oven, which is installed by the manufacturer. I won't be fiddling with that... ;)

I never understand why terminal blocks are demonized. Those things are totally fine :D.

because the modern electrician has no time to fiddle the cables in there and tighten the screw hanging freely, and how deep is the cable inside? There are newer plug systems

I have to redo the oven protection, without a miter joint, I just can't get it to fit properly. But other than that, I am really satisfied. It is also comfortable and was approved by my wife. ;)
