Build your own sauna with a sloping roof - suggestions/notes/plans

cool :D I'm totally into these little gadgets... Earlier I was at the glazier, unfortunately it takes about 2 weeks until the glass arrives. Until then, I still have to wire the sauna control and the cover strips also need maintenance. I'll redo the stove protection nicely and then I'm done.

Soon it will be time!!

Light and colors are therefore important both for the body and for the psyche. According to current knowledge, different effects are attributed to colors: yellow is considered a mood enhancer and relieves tension. Red increases performance and promotes blood circulation. Blue is especially for calm and relaxation and is pain-relieving. Green helps with weather sensitivity and joint inflammation.

That possibly explains the red color in the [Rotlichtmilieu] ... :cool:

I am very impressed with the lighting system (from Sentiotec). There are different color modes, the spot can be synchronized with the LED tubes so that everything has the same color. Additionally, the system starts with the previous setting when you plug it back into the power, so I can connect the lighting to the bus via a switchable socket.
The system isn’t cheap, but it simply works and is especially designed for sauna temperatures. Time will tell how good it is ;)
