The bench does not run through below. We decided against it. Arranging the higher bench to the left was not possible due to the length of the lounge areas.

ok, that makes more sense. I thought the lying surface extended to the rear wall.

For this, we have planned the backrest on the left side. This is also where one will usually sit because only from there is the view to the outside possible. The entire arrangement is, in a way, based on reconciling this view with the spatial conditions. We are still flexible regarding the height of the backrest; the seat height is 47.5 cm, which seemed comfortable to us.

Ventilation layer with cables etc. is finished. Everything actually went quite well so far, but it didn’t have to be precise yet... ;)
Hope it stays that way.

My mental refuge is thoughts of a beautiful garden sauna. For me, a sauna should not be inside the house, especially not in a basement without access to the outside. That's why it would be in the garden for me :) But since there is direct access to the roof terrace here, I could probably get used to that as well. I am curious to see how it continues and wish you much success!
