Build your own sauna with a sloping roof - suggestions/notes/plans

Unfortunately, I'm stuck now because the stupid spacer crosses haven't arrived. Then I continued with the stove, installed and wired it, but now I'm not sure if it fits because the labels on the stove wiring diagram don't match those on the control unit. I have to discuss this with a colleague on Monday; he's an electrician. A bit annoying right now, I actually wanted to cut and lay out all the bench slats today, and screw them on tomorrow. My wife will be happy about that if I don't do anything tomorrow. In a moment of mental lapse, I cut all the continuous slats to 1.90m instead of 1.91m. That's why the endwise gap to the wall is so big. :eek: It's not a bug, it's a feature: this way the joints are easier to clean... ;)

Oh ... man ... where have the two fancy chairs gone? I hoped they would stay ... :)

Nah, they were too delicate for the sauna... :p

The tile spacers arrived today, can't wait to continue and see it for real... :D

I am definitely too tall and fat for such work. I almost got stuck under the construction while screwing... :D Of course, my wife couldn't resist capturing that. :rolleyes:;)

The stove is also finished, I had it really clamped, except that I am not allowed to connect both PE conductors (from the stove and evaporator cables) together on the terminal at the stove. I had to put a Wago connector in between and go to the terminal strip with only one conductor.
Over the weekend, I want to cut and screw the remaining bench slats, then the lighting and control will come.
