We only ended up with the terraced house because the location is so great - originally we had only been looking for a condominium.
Well-built terraced houses: There is absolutely nothing against them, as I have seen almost 50 times in the immediate neighborhood.
Nice layouts - good constructions, very high living quality. Significant cost savings possible (fixed 80-100T with the same living space). Less garden/work.
The only disadvantage: The floors. I am glad that I only have one, after my accident and the still ongoing hip problems, which are easing though. But well - even here I had to go up the stairs with walking aids, it works.
Admittedly: I enjoy being able to walk conveniently around the house, that was what I wanted back then. However, looking at the neighbors next door in the terraced houses I see: It doesn't have to be that way, they all treat each other with so much respect and politeness. In retrospect: I could have bought one too, there were still some available at the time.
Best regards
