Yes, that was more related to the fact that this is still way before the property purchase and even before the first appointment with the financial administrator. In total, a few hundred hours will certainly add up before we sign the contract for work. I also find it surprising that some people approach the topic so completely unprepared. After all, we're not talking about a new coffee machine for a thousand... But I guess everyone has to decide for themselves how well prepared they want to be.

I will never understand that... We got a quote for every little thing before we signed the loan. Then we added a bit more, and so far we are doing very well with it. And luckily there is also something like [Skonto], which adds up overall as well.

Does anyone have experience with what one should calculate for a curb drop (6m for the driveway)?

How can you ruin such a nice thread now? Please ask your question separately.

Hello everyone,

since the question about the Excel sheet came up very often, I will create a separate thread for it in [Planung]. Unfortunately, I couldn't create it right now. As soon as it works again this evening, I will link it in this post. I will then continuously update the Excel sheet there.

To what extent does my question, which has to do with supposedly easy-to-overlook (additional) costs, spoil this wonderful thread?
