I find this effort admirable.

For point 8, I would like to see an addition in "hours" so that the amount in question can be grasped. Following the motto: 20,000 euros correspond to 400 hours at an hourly wage of 50 euros. You first have to have that time available alongside your job. (10 weeks of full-time vacation in construction... not everyone has that and not everyone can manage that).

And even the best friend doesn't just manage such hour dimensions on the side.

And the materials also have to be purchased.
