Without knowing your plans, one really cannot say anything about that. Depending on the cubature, window distribution, size, terrain course, terrain structure, environmental requirements, equipment (outdoor pool? conservatory?) it can be a defensive offer or realistic.

We want to build in Gifhorn. It is located near Wolfsburg. It has already been attempted.
