Somehow grotesque - the deception of clients by architects is sugar-coated and justified, the customer/client is to blame themselves because they let themselves be taken advantage of...
Interesting point of view...

If you now also explain the context to us!? For me, they belong together like mowing the lawn and drinking beer. :D

Law only truly overlaps with logic when one is familiar with a completely counterintuitive way of thinking along with the specialized terminology.

At least with the scythe, there is a traditional connection, see Friedbert Rauscher "Der Schwaben-Rap" *LOL*

It's quite interesting how someone makes a firm judgment based on the available information... On the topic of school subjects:
[*]At school, our children mainly learn solutions to problems whose solutions we already know. I would much prefer it if they learned how to solve problems, how to approach them, how to separate levels of abstraction from each other, how to connect contexts, how to communicate with others about it, how to involve specialists, how to come up with the right questions that can be asked purposefully... Then they are much better prepared to solve the problems that specifically come their way. [*]It would also be useful to highlight our form of society more clearly, starting from the rule-of-law principles such as separation of powers, through legislation, especially the Basic Law, the federal distribution of power, organs and their responsibilities up to the municipal level, where one visits a few committees together and experiences that it’s not “those up there,” but that one can easily and simply have a personal access to every authority and every politician who represents them. This is good against the feeling of helplessness and prevents susceptibility to absurd conspiracy nonsense. The other way around: Those who are knowledgeable and know how to help simply manage better. Keyword: feeling of self-efficacy. [*]Now students need practical knowledge about contracts and contract forms - very concretely dealing once with contracts such as rental contracts, e.g. apartment, service contracts, e.g. mobile phone, data protection agreements, e.g. Instagram, financing contracts, e.g. installment purchase. [*]It would also be very nice to include communication more strongly. I experience again and again that clearly graspable tools, for example the communication square by Friedemann Schulz von Thun, are a revelation for people. Often this then finds practical everyday application and many things run better.

I basically agree with that, but I don't know if a special subject necessarily has to be introduced for it. Actually, it would be enough to guide the students to independent thinking and to demand their own thoughts. I had a history teacher who challenged our advanced course extremely in that regard, for which I am very grateful in hindsight, even though the lessons were very exhausting.
