One could also argue more simply that only service phase 2 was performed; a design and an initial cost estimate. Since service phase 1 is missing, I find the view that all service phases were commissioned shaky.
If you have pictures taken by the wedding photographer, are you then not allowed to show them?
How do you want to get quotes if you’re not allowed to show the plans to anyone?
Aside from the fact that both with the photographer and architect ownership and usage rights are contractually regulated, there is still a difference between legitimate and authorized. Some things you are allowed to do but still don’t do because you consider them not quite right. That expresses an attitude. Exactly this I see in the statements of and I like that.
because it is considered not entirely correct. That reveals an attitude. This is exactly what I see in the statements of @Coffee82 and I like that.
However, this wrong attitude here hinders the OP from bringing some clarity to the problem without contacting the architect. Because that is not an easy path either, after all, they guided the architect to this design. That is why this thread exists. It provides some relief, I hope.
This wrong attitude here, however, prevents the OP from shedding some light on the problem,
What do you mean by wrong attitude? I find this phrasing completely inappropriate. The OP has a set of values here and acts accordingly. If you throw your values overboard for selfish reasons, they are worthless.
Ypg, you are not the only one who can evaluate a floor plan. The original poster also has a few acquaintances who have recently built and can probably assess something like this quite well. By the way, these acquaintances could possibly also establish contact with good construction companies or architects.
