Sorry, man. But this is one of the worst plots I have ever seen here. At least if you need a 9m garage. Apart from the driveway, have you considered how long your lines to the utility room will be? Crazy!

I agree with you, it is not easy. Given the current situation here, you can't choose. There were 1,200 applications for 24 plots. You can be glad to get one. We now have to make the best of it.

I don't find the original house position that bad:

Through the northern plots over the garage on the right plot, northwest evening sun can definitely still reach the open plot area in summer.

However, the utility room should not be dismissed. Could it be that the utilities might also come from the east, that is, on the right side of the plan?

It's not the same everywhere, but normally lines are not allowed or supposed to be built over. That would mean you have to go quite a bit around the house with your design. Uff!
That's why this is an attempt to get the connection at the "driveway".
