As I already wrote, at first no one tried to explain anything...

And I think everything has been said now, I will no longer participate in the kindergarten.....

Hello,

What leads you to this assumption? And what, please, do the used car market and the new construction of single-family houses have in common?

Where have I written that?

Now you have my full attention. Where has something been proven in the past? And btw, good/reputable providers have earned their money at all times.

Have they ever done that in the past?

Are you employed in the construction industry or in a related field, or are you "only" deriving this from your BV?

What I responded to is representative of the rest of your answers here in the thread.

That would not be a problem if you had internalized the "setting up" on your side.

Then you are blind; all (active) bankers here have tried to bring you closer to the topic; if you behave like the proverbial elephant, of course, you should not be surprised.

If you do not understand something, it is no problem to ask about it objectively. All active users here are interested in sharing their experiences - whether professional or private - free of charge and mostly in their free time. A little more respect for this voluntary service would suit you well.

Kindergarten fits; I have told you once before that I do not like your behavior here. If you want to be childish, fine. There are enough forums where you can let off steam in this respect; this bad habit does not work here. So far I have only warned you; it would be nice if you had just had a bad day

Rhenish regards

The commonality is the free market in Germany, which strongly follows supply and demand.

In new single-family house construction, you ignore this and only write that in a good market the bad builders benefit and as soon as the market overall weakens, these disappear from the market and the rest therefore do not come under margin/price pressure because there is still enough good business left for them.

Here again is your text for reference:

I believe that at some point you called Viebrockhaus a reasonable competitor.

Look at the financial statements, then you will see an improvement in the gross result within 6 years of almost 50%. How is that supposed to work if the company does not benefit from the good construction boom but only "Billigheim & Co" have well-filled order books?

see above

The equity ratio in the main construction industry was just over 2.5% in 2000, almost 15% in 2013; in the same period, the sales margin also more than doubled from about 2.5%.

Since no links are allowed, you have to find the appropriate sources yourself.

Where do the low margin and the low equity ratio come from? Because good entrepreneurs always do equally well?

If, in your opinion, only the top 1-2% of construction companies are good/reputable, then the statistics are of course worthless. Earlier you did not want to hear that either?!

Where can I find the financial statement of Viebrockhaus? I tried to find it, but they have numerous subsidiary companies. Could you please post the Bundesanzeiger link or at least the search term or the company, I would appreciate it.

Now it gets a bit silly, I think. General statements can hardly be validly refuted by individual examples. For every claim, there is a sufficient number of completely opposite statements. Somehow, I can't get any benefit from these posts anymore; it rather turns into a kind of "exchange of blows." That's okay for a few pages, but everything should really have been said here, right?

I watch "Das perfekte Dinner". It's somehow ... similar ... unnecessary.
