Yes, we don’t pay anything for it. They really wanted us to finance with them and then it was no problem at all. They always only let us withdraw as much money as we needed. And if that was only €500 every 4 days.

yes, even quite a lot. It depends on who you ask. But what will happen now, if... Idk. Because no one knows the circumstances.

We are still talking about a relatively small state with minimal* impact.

*=Everyone can imagine that for themselves.

What range are the interest rates in by now? Unfortunately, I am no longer receiving any offers from the financial service providers. We were still able to finalize at 1.87% for 15 years with 25% equity, 12 months no commitment fee then 0.15 per month.
