The interest rate discussion is always interesting. I have also been exchanging since mid-2013. However, I want to keep the old purchase price of the new building. Because our developer really charged a lot there.

I just searched through my old emails. The financing discussion was on 12/19/2012 and the offer on 12/20/2012.
Interest rate for 15 years just under 3%.

And here is the next increase Ing-Diba now at 2.17% for 70% over 15 years. We're fixing ours now... hopefully still at 1.9%. I don’t like it at all... everything so fast now. We wanted to take a bit more time to reach 60%.

Even the current offers are absolutely cheap.

With us 10-year full amortization with 8% initial repayment at 3.14% effective.
