I would like to participate meaningfully in meaningful discussions. However, these are somehow few and far between.

[x] Voki ate a whole bag of gummy laughs for breakfast this morning

I don't even know why I’m still looking at this thread.
Pages upon pages of people getting upset about things that can’t be changed and may only be based on assumptions (further development of interest rates).
But for some reason, I just can’t manage to ignore this thread.

It must be similar to a car accident on the highway. Everyone knows it’s not sensible to look (you might even cause another crash yourself) – but everyone does it anyway.

@all
Don’t get me wrong. Of course I understand the frustration when you’re about to finance something. But you can’t change anything about it.
I’ve already written this in the thread: With the current conditions, you’re probably better off than 90% of previous homebuyers (including me). So better enjoy a glass that’s 90% full and don’t waste your energy getting upset.

[X] Toxic still offers privacy fences against speculative interest rate decisions. Can be installed anywhere in NRW within 60 minutes. Price: 400,000 euros each. Stock quantity: 10

PS: Outside of NRW, please google Sichtschutzzaun NRW Gaffer.

Now that's coming from the right person, who wants to move into his house as soon as possible (whether dry or not), so he doesn't have to pay rent any longer.

I think you are confusing the forum users and nobody moves into a wet house.

P.S.: I noticed yesterday that a small soft ice cream already costs 1.50...

...You can finance it for at least 15 years.... with that, you’ll do better than 90% of the others who have ever licked a soft serve or financed one
