Works. A child at 1.5 years doesn’t need much. Wardrobe, dresser, Kallax, mattress/slatted frame Neudeutsch Floorbed. The opposite of Pinterest and Instagram, but practical. If necessary, the new furniture can wait. Whether the wardrobe matches the house now or not, who cares. The old sofa is too small, but usual child usage doesn’t bother it.

Yes, it will be installed. We have already discussed the topic of personal contribution several times; a lot of personal work before moving in is rather unrealistic, which is why I always have the offers including floors. In the end, we have to see whether it is worth saving anything through personal work. Currently, our favorite would be glued vinyl, which is rather unsuitable for amateurs and therefore only makes sense as self-contracted work.
