Let's talk about it calmly after Christmas, when my blood pressure has returned to normal. Wait......someone is calling me right now.......oh yes, the plastic Christmas tree from the basement still needs to be set up. I wonder if I can find it among all that....??

I would rather invest every euro in great living space. I don't need such rooms at all and I'm not building them now, and we also have children and grandchildren.

Good thing, otherwise all houses would look the same. My son is a hobby DJ and has a huge DJ setup. You can't operate that in a semi-detached house, at least not at the volume he plays it. Besides, I wouldn't want either the foosball table or the pool table in the living room. But everyone can do as they please.

By the way, I just think the two bay windows in the basement are simply brilliant.
