How can one circumvent the Energy Saving Ordinance and avoid bureaucratic madness?

That it should be about Styrofoam insulation or Styrofoam or ETICS in your initial post including the headline is nowhere stated. In my opinion, it also does not emerge from your content...
In short, regards

Hi ypg,

that’s true. I have no idea about the thousand variants there are. But it’s all coming soon!

The actual idea of insulation in combination with "window, if possible, please don’t open" and "enterprise air exchange technology" just doesn’t appeal to me. No matter what kind of insulation that is.

And yes, I understood that supposedly I don’t have to open the window, thanks to enterprise air technology.
BUT, I WANT to open it! Kids play outside and are constantly running in and out. I want the breeze from the lake in the air. I want to hear nature. (The house is surrounded by a nature reserve).

Sure, I could also play a nature loop on YouTube through the sound system and spray freshwater from a spray can onto the fan. But that’s just not the same... Sorry, at least for me not.

Already written yesterday. You may and can, but you don't have to. It has the advantage that in winter you don't have to let energy out through the window.

Best regards in brief

You somehow got stuck on your windows, even though it has been said multiple times now that it's not a problem to open the windows... I don't understand your problem there.

And on the topic of when it’s worth insulating: we bought a 1930s house, in the condition from the 1930s. 120 sqm. The previous owner had 5000 euros heating costs. We now have approximately 180 sqm and expect about 500...
Over 20 years that's 90,000 euros... You can wrap the house three times and still install a new heating system twice.

I admit what everyone already knows. I’m obviously slow on the uptake. Sorry.

So, tell me briefly... (Honestly meant questions!)

With these Enterprise-technology houses, can you really leave a patio door open for 2-3 hours without it becoming disproportionately uneconomical?

And how does it behave with the moist air from outside, which then remains inside the insulated house? It can’t escape since it’s like a thermos flask. Does one of these Enterprise devices regulate that? Doesn’t it then have to work too hard, which in turn costs energy and thus money?

Regards

I don’t understand the thing with the enterprise either. I guess we’re both a bit slow.

When do you want to leave the door open for 2 hours? You’re talking about economic efficiency, so you must mean winter, but the air is bone dry then, that connection doesn’t make sense to me.

How is the air supposed to escape better in an old house than in an insulated one? That has nothing to do with each other. In an old house, the windows and roof are leaky, that’s why it circulates better there.

Unfortunately, you throw around slogans without understanding the context.
