How is it usually sealed over the insulation so that nothing gets between the liquid plastic and the insulation? Because I still have to do that. Also with liquid plastic? I roughly sketched it in the attachment (I mean the red part). Is liquid plastic used here as well or just a smooth coat with concrete?

You have drawn it correctly. To do it according to the perimeter insulation, the insulation must definitely be removed at the window-concrete slab gap. Then you seal about 30 cm down (yellow). The small piece of insulation in front of the window is then glued back on.

At least the insulation on the side of the basement can remain there. The important thing is the gap, it must be sealed cleanly.

But I meant how the red part is sealed. I have the liquid plastic seal (green in the picture) behind the insulation. But now something else must also go over the insulation (red in the picture) so that nothing can get between the liquid plastic seal and the insulation?!

No, you don't need anything else there of course. Why shouldn't water be able to get in there? The exterior plasterer will still apply the sealing slurry on it and the issue is resolved.

No, that is not a problem. If necessary, it can drain out again. What is important is that it cannot flow into the house.

The insulation must not be permanently flushed out from behind, as this would otherwise impair the insulating effect. That is why I pointed out that if groundwater or similar is present, everything must be sealed more thoroughly. In that case, however, a professional should be consulted.
