German solid house insolvent?

I heard that DM-Haus GmbH offers something like that with a significant discount. Managing directors of the heating system (the company that offers it) were Mr. Klimpel and Rudolph DM-Haus. I am aware that a heat pump with collectors for a house with 200m² living space costs about €22,000.00 and DM-Haus sold the system for €4,000.00. What are you supposed to think of that??

What does the price of the system have to do with the soil report? Maybe you can explain that in more detail.

The house builder DM probably "miscalculated" (?!) and that definitely has nothing to do with the soil report.

A lot, it must be included in the calculation.

And what if the ground survey is top? Will you sell me a system that costs 22,000.00 euros for 4,000.00 euros? Economically very interesting. It seems I also need to get an offer from you. That would significantly reduce my loss from the DM.
