So I took a look at the names that only write bad things. I come up with nearly 15 nicknames. If the other 200 builders are satisfied, then where is the problem??? I gladly invite Klaus and hix to our topping-out ceremony Are you interested?

I have already revealed many facts here. The [intr.] doesn’t interest you at all. Whether 1,000,000€ outstanding or Bürgelauskunft 5.0 etc.
all of that was ignored.

this makes little sense with you. I also wrote that some construction sites are deliberately running well so that the builders write something good in the forums. Most have massive problems with DM. Then just read the construction diaries except for those from C.... and O.... those are also such good construction sites. One even had a forum with DM.

if you say 200 construction sites, where did you get that number? It should be many more. That means a lot more money has flowed to DM and where is it???? With the craftsmen who built without defects??? laugh

my very personal opinion is that things actually look much worse at DM than we all know.

It isn’t! Where does the 200 come from? For weeks there has been a construction stop from DM, many people have written about that. Even some, when there was still no winter to cause the construction activity to FREEZE!
Everyone who can should take a look at the tender list for new construction projects, there are "three" in 2009!

if supposedly 200 builders are satisfied and paying, why does DM have payment difficulties??? "where is the problem"????

the HW don’t have the money either. where is it?? gone?

They twist it as they need. But by now everyone knows the facts and the truth.

That is exactly why everyone should draw their own consequences personally. No one can bear the double burden of rent and capital costs economically for several months. Eventually, it is simply "cheaper" to do it yourself than to wait week after week for the craftsmen. They have no idea what they are doing to their builders.

Oi Oi Oi

Emotions are really running high here...

I’m writing from the perspective of an uninvolved property owner. We are currently building as well and I happened to stumble upon this post.

Apparently, there are property owners, construction advisors from DM, former advisors, and certainly a number of lawyers reading along.

What I don’t quite understand... If I were a property owner of this company, it would be the last thing I would do to express myself in this forum in a way that worsens the company’s situation even faster. Even if the problems exist, insolvency will neither bring money nor speed up the construction project.

At most, I would make myself liable for damages if my post in such a forum is interpreted as harmful to business. And one should keep in mind that one is not anonymous on the internet. Every page request is recorded by the provider and the site operator. And identifying someone is a relatively easy task.

I would only risk ending up not only with a half-finished house but also with a looming mountain of debt due to legal costs.

I can certainly understand how much depends on such a construction project and how financially strained one is in such a situation, but it doesn’t help. Keeping calm and seeking professional advice is the motto here.

One is basically sawing off the branch one is sitting on.

I’m somehow irritated by the back and forth here. As an outsider, one gets the impression that this is more of an exchange of blows between advisors and ex-advisors.

Greetings to all .... Staying calm helps
