Nevertheless, thank you for defending me, Mr. Reisser cannot be helped in his tearing-apart forum.

You are welcome to come to our forum.

But with these forums, it is just such that they multiply almost by themselves. I already have trouble fitting all these links on my little screen. And it takes endless time to get through all these pages full of comments. So I am grateful to have been given this time as a gift from a link visit.

Greetings from Berlin

Thank you very much for the invitation- this link is already on my list of links. But as I have already written- I am not in the mood to defend one side or the other, but for a factual discussion. This back-and-forth does not help anyone. So please keep your composure, gentlemen! This not only serves the clients better- it also makes a better impression.

who has filed a complaint?

hello
Who has already filed a complaint? This should be done quickly, files disappear every day. So please act urgently so that I am not left alone.
All together, a public prosecutor must take action.

I just wrote in the other forum that I filed a report yesterday evening via the Internet police station in Saxony against Klimpel and Rudolph for fraud and insolvency delay and also received confirmation of my report from Saxony today, with the note that the report was forwarded to the LKA Thuringia due to jurisdiction issues.
On this occasion, I still have questions about this so-called handyman pool? It’s intellectually too overloaded for me! The craftsmen represented there surely don’t really believe that this construct could work? Taking over contracts, transferring, handing over, taking over the inventory and employees of DM? What is this supposed to become? What do the craftsmen want to save there? I am a craftsman and have not seen any money until today nor was I invited to put the amounts owed to me by DM into the pool! Maybe someone can clarify this for me please. A factual explanation would be enough. I can only hope that the former or whatever managing directors get shot down so massively that they and their lawyer, who is entangled with all companies, go down the drain and never again sell anything other than old fries! By the way, we craftsmen are credited without defects upon acceptance. But that didn’t help either. Our site manager, an employee at DM, commissioned us in October to complete two single-family houses: "At the moment, the payment deadlines are around 30 days, my craftsmen have always received their money so far"!
Again a quote from B.B.: "The womb is still fertile from which that crawled out"!

Forget DM and therefore also the ***************:

1) Since last Friday DM no longer has a managing director
2) As of today DM no longer has legal counsel, the lawyer has resigned
3) DM no longer has business premises (the boxes are currently being carried out)
4) DM no longer has a sample center in Gera (the inventory was sold to the AG)
5) A new insolvency application has been filed with the Gera district court

Does anyone still believe that the company will exist for more than a few days? Whether it will even still exist by the end of this week?
