Hello
I am sorry that you have not received any money from DM for a long time. I have a special question for you: I have concluded a construction contract with DM that is supposed to go into planning in January. What would you recommend? To withdraw from the construction contract or to just wait and see for now? I have read here in the forum that work is also no longer really being done on other construction sites! I (we) really do not know what to do!
Maybe your answer will help me, thank you in advance!

Happy New Year!

Answer Gru

Hello gru

First of all, I wish you a healthy new year
Regarding your questions about where I am building and who I am, I do not want to answer that for now, as I, like you, have registered anonymously here in this forum in order not to have to reveal my name at first

Now you wrote that you could help me
How?
and the second question I ask myself is why do you need my name
and the building address

Hello, I find it terrible when you invest your money in a company like that and then you don't even know if you will receive a service for it. You only build a house like that once in your life, and if the money is gone, you can hardly cope with that. I just hope that is only a rumor and that the houses will still be built.

Hello, I am new here and an almost finished builder of the DM. There are problems. However, they apparently are not insolvent. At least nothing is announced at the AG Gera. Is it possible to get in touch with other DM builders? If yes, how? There used to be a good forum where that was possible. I would be very interested in a good exchange of information. Regards Mimsafreddi

First of all, we wish all forum users a healthy new year. It really seems that there are problems at DM, as a large portion of the craftsmen are not being paid. Unfortunately, we are also among them. In our opinion, the builders should not rush anything, as we suspect that the future of DM will be decided by the end of January at the latest. We hope for ourselves and all other parties involved that it will have a good outcome. However, we are also skeptical, as we have now been on the market for several years and have already gained quite a bit of experience.
