attached we provide you with the decision issued by the Gera District Court regarding the insolvency proceedings filed against our company.

This hereby proves that all slanders and statements spread in other media (forums, etc.) are unfounded.

unfortunately, I cannot upload the attachment here but it can be read in the forum. According to this, all the stress was for nothing, DM Haus is not insolvent and DM-Haus happily continues ?? I am speechless LOL

If a construction company does not provide an agreed service, you must set a reasonable deadline within which the service is to be provided.
If this service is not fulfilled by the deadline, you have a special right of termination.
Every lawyer knows that too.

Agitation campaigns

There are certainly more important things to do during the day than just writing in the forum. There are also people who work.....

I find it at least outrageous to be immediately put on the pillory when expressing one's opinion.
Apparently, some people do not have much understanding of democracy.
Or is it now like in that agitation forum under the motto: Everyone has the right to "my" opinion. There, dissenters or people who show other points of view and do not participate in the agitation campaigns are insulted and simply banned.

....There may indeed be examples of craftsmen and builders you mentioned who do not rectify defects or unjustly withhold funds. But for the many craftsmen and builders who find themselves in distress and who adhere to their contracts, such posts sound like mockery.

If you had read my comment properly, you would also know that I explicitly excluded the majority of properly working craftsmen. However, there are also enough "bad apples" who complain that defect retainage has been made and tell everyone that DM does not pay the craftsmen. This group of people was what I meant. Likewise, builders who have not paid their invoices without reason because they were unsettled by various smear campaigns. When craftsmen deliver clean work, there is no question that they must be properly paid for their services.

My opinion was that constructive criticism must be allowed, but should not escalate into smear campaigns, as that helps no one. Least of all the builders and craftsmen. Because no one is helped if Deutsche Massivhaus files for bankruptcy and builders are left in half-finished houses – and craftsmen stuck with unpaid invoices.
