Another quote from a different forum,

In the past few days, I have read an extraordinary amount about DM, researched a lot, otherwise I wouldn’t know only now in which companies the management is in charge. On 01/16/09 I called Ms. Kuppe, that is on the 4th floor:
08:49; 08:53; 09:59; 10:17; 10:22; 10:36; 10:59; 11:19; 12:00; 13:19; 13:26; 13:35; 13:58; 14:55; 16:03. So for me that’s 15 calls in one day. On Monday, 01/19/2009, just to explain it once again for MassivbauBW, I was able to spend the entire day in the DM offices without shouting, yelling, pulling hair, or hitting people, and the only result I experienced was Ms. W’s regret, conversations with site managers and that Mr. Wolff, who assured me he would call me the next day—which of course he didn’t—and my stay there to give this gentleman a chance to talk to me, as they (owe) me €10,000 but not even the slightest spark of recognition for that, I think a point has been reached to protect others from these gentlemen (see background story) and to prevent the further free supply of hard-earned money from the builders and the sweat and money of those who have completed their contracts for DM with material and labor.
If in the next few days I receive the answer regarding the private home addresses and the exact data of the management such as income, turnover, and others, I will apply for a demonstration permit exactly there. The environment in which these gentlemen drive carefree should know who lives in the neighborhood and where the money for the standard of living comes from, namely from the pockets of the many hardworking people who are stalled, lied to, deceived, and above all defrauded of their money.
Oh yes, on 01/15/2009: 09:30 AM—Ms. Grötsch, if I can call again after 10:00 AM. 10:40; 11:07—busy. 11:12—Ms. W. Ms. Wüsthoff is in the building but not at her desk, call again in 10 minutes; 11:27; 11:40; 11:45; 11:52—Ms. W. refers to Ms. Wüsthoff: “The official statement of the management is that DM will only resume payments when construction activity is resumed. She cannot comment on that, but it is the official position of DM. Contact only through Ms. Kuppe.”
11:58; 12:03; 12:10; 13:03—Ms. Kuppe—has noted everything down, is going to the accounting department right away to get the documents. Will discuss the case (mine!) with Mr. Rudolph since Mr. Klimpel is not present and will get back to me. 16:40.
Well, what do you think? She didn’t. See attempts on 01/16/09!!
When I was sitting around there on Monday, I experienced that the phone rang many times at Ms. Kuppe’s and was only very rarely answered, at internal numbers maybe? So MassivbauBW, Klimpel, or Wolff or whoever is behind it, don’t take the people here for fools!

Hello,
I am also a builder at DM... almost at the end, luckily...

No censorship in the DM forum? I’m dying of laughter... I posted my own "critical" contribution there and replied to a post, both were not published online.

Regards

@Fussballer

as for me, I do not deny that the craftsmen do not get paid; I was told that the craftsmen only get their money once they have completed their remaining work on the other construction sites...

We are a craft company that works for DM and we receive our money. Reason: We fix our defects! That there are craftsmen who believe they get paid for botched work is nothing new. But that the idiots then also claim that DM is insolvent is absolute nonsense. With their rumors, they have only caused homeowners to stop their payments and thus have put DM in a terrible situation. However, due to the new "Forderungssicherungsgesetz," every client is only allowed to pay directly involved craftsmen, and since some homeowners have stopped their payments, DM is not allowed to pay the unruly craftsmen from other construction site revenues. Especially not when defects are still present. So we will continue to work for DM.
