We have sent a long list of defects with deadlines. If the deadlines are not met, we will take appropriate action. In Gera, no one responds to emails, calls, or other forms of communication anymore. Contractually agreed services that have been requested are just ignored. And that has been the case since December.

On 03.03.09 at 9 o'clock there is an appointment with the shareholders of DM-Massivhaus, since yesterday DM has been without a managing director. Should the shareholders again not appear at the appointment, further steps will be taken by the Handwerker-Pool. From 03.03.09 we will upload a new forum with the builders; only builders, site managers, manufacturers, and craftsmen will have access to the forum. The background of the forum is that the builders complete their construction projects.

how does one get into this forum? And that the DM appointments are allowed to pass is somehow known to me. Otherwise, I think BH, craftsmen, and suppliers only want one thing: to limit the damage. I no longer see that I will come out of this without damage.

We have also sent a list of defects to Gera, but have so far received no definite help, let alone a response. Please also see my post from 27.02.2009.
Now to my question:
Do you know who will continue to handle these defects as legal successor in the event of insolvency? What about the five-year construction warranty according to the Building Code? Obviously, in our case, contrary to the construction contract, there is no insurance on the part of DM. This is what our investigations have revealed. DEKRA is no longer active for this company either.
