On the many accounts where no money is coming in, nothing relaxes. Or do you ensure relaxation on the accounts, Mr. Tourano?

The commitment interest etc. is running again, will I get it back from DM?????

I can only say poorly negotiated. I will not pay any availability interest.
In 3 months I will know more and of course I hope that I won’t have to write anything negative here.

I don't think 6 months is bad. You also pay commitment interest, unless you got 12 months??!!

hmm strange according to your statements you should have already paid one or two planning installments by now.
But well.... of course you think you're something better

Why are you threatening the other members here? Public expression of opinion is one of the most important assets in a democracy! And I am glad that people like you cannot and will not prevent that with threats! I took a lawyer in time due to the warnings in this and other forums and was thus able to prevent greater financial damage. If necessary, I will make sure that it becomes even more public in order to protect others from a financial fiasco.

PS. Threatening and level of discourse, how do they fit together?

For your information:

I am just a builder who can very well represent everything he has written here, because it is the truth and I can prove it!

Hello Hix,

I am not threatening anyone, I just pointed something out!

Why don't you ask a lawyer how it is with anonymous hate speech on the internet? What consequences it can have.

Nowadays, you are no longer anonymous on the internet - even if you think you are. I know various companies in IT.

Have you ever heard of a chain reaction caused by such hate speech on the internet - how it can harm a company?

Uncertain builders who have received services no longer pay their invoices - because everyone posts on the internet that the company DM is already insolvent or under "forced administration."

Also, to help my acquaintances, I have spoken with those responsible on site in Gera, then there is a construction customer A who has received proper services with about 50,000 - 60,000 euros to pay to DM, but customer A is so intimidated by the internet forums that he is withholding the money for the time being!

This is not supposed to be an isolated case!

I myself have a company with 15 employees and know how it is!
