Just like that, you are actually doing good advertising in the tear-down forum. How about writing something about warranty, which is not much valued in the tear-down forum. I find the heat pumps from the market leader very good; the customer has a service department, which you do not have, that is better than a DIY heat pump without a contact person. Our products have an approval, do your products have something like that??? I can only advise customers to get the COP values in writing, only with that can one later successfully file a lawsuit. A soil survey should also be done before the trench is created; the customer should get the values in writing showing what performance can be extracted from the ground. Only then can he successfully go to court. I am happy to provide customers with reference addresses where the heat pump with the trench has failed.
Best regards
Oliver Keul
PS: The gentleman from the DIY heat pump didn’t even know until recently that a pipe network calculation is needed for building services.
I really don’t know what I have done to deserve your quite interesting and instructive comments about botched heat pumps, Mr. Keul, I only asked questions about your craftsmen pool! I assume that when skimming over the many lines and forums you have confused a few things, that just happens in these exciting days. Since you have always wanted to know who is who anyway, I want to take the opportunity to point out that we have carried out plastering work! By the way, what is a tear-down forum? I read in three and only write when I consider it urgently necessary. Your response was such an occasion, but with my questions, I am not a step further! Many greetings from Berlin
