Dear building families,

Anyone who wants help can gladly contact me - also sellers and craftsmen from DM.

Please send me a personal message.

Regards.

Hello forum members,

we are a sales group that has also distributed DM from time to time but stopped doing so 6 months ago and are now waiting to see what happens. In the meantime, we have connected our customers with other construction companies. Currently, we hope that the customers who have built with the DM or are in the final stages of their construction will still receive a completion.
My question: Does anyone know for sure whether DM is now insolvent?

Best regards
Sven

In my opinion, the "car" is so deep in the dirt that nothing can be saved anymore.

Now DM wants to make everything better through Mr. Keul???? With what money???? DM only has debts on its back. A new forum won't help either. On the contrary. There, builders have to provide their name and address and DM will contact them, yes yes, as often as before. At most, maybe just to threaten as already described in another forum. The debts are there, and they are definitely not few.

What really annoys me is that the sales manager from Baden-Württemberg didn't tell me anything, but has now quit himself. Fortunately, the whole thing already seemed strange to us beforehand when we noticed during the support of the builders that things were simply dragging on that could have been done. Fortunately, our customers are almost finished with construction. We are still missing quite a few commissions, but once the customers are out of the risk, that's already quite good. The other construction company is doing great, but there is someone behind it who has put a lot of money into it and also personally guarantees it - and a long-standing general contractor builds the houses.

My dear Mr. Gesangsverein. Mr. or Mrs. JOACHIM 1981 and LS, what kind of two are you ????. Joachim 1981 is neither fish nor flesh (builder nor seller). And LS is probably trying to fish for customers here.

Certainly, we are a company that lives off success. However, success for us is the number of built houses, not the number of sold ones.
We know what it’s like when, as a builder, you are now facing nothing because you have already overpaid for your house while it is still unfinished (installments during construction progress). As you can see from our profile name, we do not hide, but deal with the matter openly.
And of course, we are open to helping any defrauded builder who is now seeking assistance. We know we can help, whether in the area of financing, forwarding to a construction law attorney, or the continuation of the house construction (depending on the construction progress).
What is wrong with that? No builder will fulfill their dream of their own four walls by burying their head in the sand.
If you have a problem with offering help, then you don’t have to read our messages.

Best regards
