Good morning Mr. Keul,
could you please also comment on this so that I can finally close the DM chapter. A glimmer of hope still existed due to your (+Lichtenberg/Politics) intervention.
Thank you very much Stefan Weyand

Friedrich Lichtenberg GmbH & Co KG has long explored the possibilities of a restructuring of DM Deutsche Massivhaus GmbH in cooperation with politics in Gera, among others also with regard to financial bridging. The willingness of necessary cooperation and collaboration on the part of DM Deutsche Massivhaus GmbH, from our point of view, already failed at the simplest commercial fundamentals or the willingness to establish these fundamentals, mind you, from our point of view.
Thus, the efforts of many involved had to fail. Therefore, today at about 6:00 p.m. we filed for insolvency.
We hope that the insolvency proceedings will bring the best possible outcome for all creditors.
I consider the transfer of contracts of DM Deutsche Massivhaus GmbH from 2009 to DM Deutsche Massivhaus AG – in my personal opinion and this is a forum for personal opinions – to be a withdrawal of intangible assets from DM Deutsche Massivhaus GmbH. This is, in my personal opinion, legally unacceptable.
