That sounds like some kind of direct bank, they often cause difficulties. A neighbor of ours recently had a similar strange problem; he bought a terraced house from a developer and they didn’t want to release the last installment of 85,000 euros, don’t ask me why, with house banks it’s not like that, our bank fully cooperates and our mortgage advisor is top. You probably won’t get a response to the cancellation but it won’t matter to you if you have done everything right. Best regards

Hello!
We have only paid the first 2 installments and we have not even placed a single stone on our property, but the bank should give us a written confirmation that our construction project will continue to be financed (it will be built by another company on site) and only then should we be allowed to cancel, just canceling without a promise from the bank is useless: we have been paying commitment interest for months and if we do not get the money, we will keep paying.
In the meantime, we have already received an answer from the bank, DM is supposed to send back the original financing confirmation (ha-ha-ha), or possibly an assignment.
Cancellation is already on the way.
Has anyone already received a reply to their cancellation?

German solid house

Unfortunately, they are now also insolvent! It had been foreseeable for a long time. How can we help the builders who are all now having problems? I already know some ways, at least to avoid being ripped off again. Anyone interested can get in touch!

German solid house

Hello home builders,

I have been observing DM for years, I know these people from a previous company. Today I am able to help you. Anyone interested can contact me: [E-Mail][email protected][/E-Mail]
I can offer you all the trades you need to finish your house. In the end, it will be the case that you get these services cheaper from me than agreed with DM. Security is the priority. I have been working in this industry for 25 years and I know what I am talking about!

Best regards to all the ladies!

Helper in Need!

Dear builders,

it is a shame that the construction industry is increasingly getting a bad reputation because of people like the managers of DM. We were under contract with DM. (UNFORTUNATELY)! But also good! Most builders awarded the execution of the work to us themselves. So the tip from us! Never turnkey but make the effort to get the craftsmen yourself. Because the house building company earns not badly if you buy it turnkey. PREVENTION is better than AFTERCARE!! Anyone interested can get in touch. We help wherever we can!! [email protected]
