I can share this much: The shell construction worker my acquaintance knew came from the Westerwalder / Limburger area.

dm-Gera still solvent

hello Construction start April 08 Completion ??????
I am also a customer of dm and have not had good experiences so far. First, the building application was not properly completed (for submission to the building authority), then the start of construction was postponed several times and the construction manager Mr. Hochstatter has been lying from day one. We were told that the shell construction would be finished in 6 weeks, but in reality it took 6 months and that is only the beginning of the chaos. The shell builder constantly had to go to other construction sites and therefore did not make progress with our building. As an excuse, we were told that they did not receive any material delivered. That was a lie, we asked ourselves. The current condition of the house has not changed significantly. We had to move into the house 10 weeks after the official handover date. After tough negotiations with dm, we had a heating system installed by a third-party company (in winter). We still live in a drafty ice palace and receive no help from dm. How is this supposed to continue? On the phone, you get no help or no one answers anymore. They are hardly willing to have a conversation. Appointments with craftsmen are canceled and you get no information. So make your own picture of this company.

Hello Chrysler,

may I ask what trades are still open with you?

Regards.

Hello chrysler84, unfortunately you are not an isolated case! This Joachim is an internal employee of DM, otherwise he would not be asking you about the trades, what a mockery, either he cannot read or thinks everyone here is a bit stupid!

DM ? Insolvent?

Hello, I also have a construction contract with Deutsche Massivhaus and I am totally confused now, can someone tell me how such a situation is handled and where I can go to get a 1000% certain answer that is also true? Because I don’t believe that DM will tell the truth about the situation. So far I have only paid one installment to DM before the large amounts flow, I want certainty. Who can help me??

Hello,

as I can see, a lot of nonsense is once again being written about me in the Reisser forum.
I still don't know what Mr. Reisser intends to achieve with it, as he can see our construction sites can be tracked in his forum.
It is a fact that we are on DM construction sites in Germany, but these are former DM construction sites; in Austria, we receive advance payments from DM, I think that is legitimate, and I also have responsibilities towards my employees.

Regards
