German solid house insolvent?

Rumors are spreading that a large "Deutscher Massivhaus" manufacturer from Gera is in trouble. Does anyone know more? My house is almost finished (paid for) and nowhere near finished (built)... I'm worried! The forum "Bauen mit DM-Deutsche Massivhaus GmbH" has been offline since yesterday as well... Regards

Hello, I am building a house myself with DM.
They certainly have not filed for insolvency yet. The rumor mill is currently bubbling very strongly, but I would not rely on it. It is true that things are very sluggish at the moment, but it is still going. DM has massively changed the payment terms to the disadvantage of the craftsmen, and that is causing trouble right now.
