Construction company wanted in the Stuttgart metropolitan area!

we have bought a plot near Stuttgart and then submitted a building application for a building permit.
Unfortunately, the cost estimates keep increasing...
The project is a single-family house with a living area of 250m², and double garage and basement, KfW40+

Can someone recommend a construction company in the Stuttgart metropolitan area?

Do I understand correctly that you already have a construction company or an architect on board? In general: if the cost estimate persistently moves in one direction without reason, something is wrong. But a few more details wouldn’t hurt, as it’s not clear exactly what happened.

In the Stuttgart area, for that size (I assume including usable space you are rather around 300 sqm), I would estimate at least 700k.

We compared three companies in detail and ended up with Fermo. In terms of price, the somewhat trustworthy construction companies were exactly the same. Since the construction is still pending, I obviously can't say whether they are really as good as they seem so far. Let's see... But I understand that the building application is already in process, isn't it a problem to change then? The copyright of the design lies with the architect and everything would have to be redone from scratch. I think only can answer that to shed some light on the matter.
