The design is on the one hand wasteful with square meters used for long traffic routes, on the other hand full of bottlenecks in practical living – not an efficient use of space and therefore not of construction costs either. I would not build like this, because the implementation of recognizable ideas does not form a coherent overall work. Like a film with great characters, which does not hold together because they do not interact. What I think I can recognize are considerations about "How do I want to live in the house." Extract that, then it will be easier to help. Examples:
[*]We want to live indoors and outdoors as soon as the temperatures allow, therefore the connection of the house to the terrace and garden is especially important [*]We want to give each other privacy, therefore we want to separate the parents' sleeping area from the children's room. [*]Our child should be able to move freely with friends in the house as a teenager, we don’t want to have to notice everything. [*]We do not value a representative entrance. [*]We like to watch TV, for that we would like peace from the rest of the house and do not want to disturb the rest of the house while doing so [*]In the garden we want to grow herbs and vegetables, therefore the kitchen needs direct access to the outside. [*]We like to be comfortable, refrigerator and favorite spot on the terrace should be close [*]We want a low-maintenance house, which does not become too big for us, especially not if we are again just two or alone. [*]…
A professional will then make good architecture out of that. If possible, take a few tours of Dutch model homes and get some inspiration. Many things they implement more innovatively and pragmatically than shown in the conservative German model home settlements.

Yes, it’s clear from your other threads that you do think things through. I like the basic ideas you bring up. A development is also noticeable. And theoretically, something can come out of that.
But unfortunately, you have not complied with requests, such as providing a site plan in the previous threads, so help was not really possible.
Now at least the plot is visible. Yet information is still missing. I or we ask you to submit missing information, and it doesn’t come from you. The questionnaire is half filled out and your designs are also only half developed. That’s my opinion. I personally like bungalows, I currently have ideas too, but honestly, my time is too precious to better zone your good ideas and wishes, because usually it later comes down to “but there’s the neighbor’s garage there”, “No, I don’t like that” or “we always do it this way or that way.”
Nice plot, good ideas, but input has to come from you sometimes, especially regarding your budget, age, and habits.
As long as everything is kept superficial, the contributions will remain superficial too.

The building area is being newly developed, with 8 plots side by side. So there will be a house to the right and also to the left, which I do not know in terms of shape and size. To the west is open field and to the north lies the country road. The development plan gives hardly any requirements, only the floor area ratio and the planting as well as a maximum of 2 full stories.

There are three of us. Both work in management, so we also need to prepare some things at home, which is why I would like a small office. Otherwise all the stuff just lies around on the kitchen table, and I don’t like that.

Our son is currently two, and I want to plan the bedroom and children’s room as far apart as possible for the future, so that I don’t hear his friends.

The kitchen with dining area is important to us as the main place to stay and for cozy evenings with friends. The living room should be separable so that it is a retreat and the children can also be there when there are visitors. If there are dishes waiting to be washed in the kitchen, I don’t want to see that from the living room.

The covered terrace directly adjacent to the kitchen is desired to keep distances short. We really like eating outside and sometimes have visitors for barbecues.
I am also tired of covering the garden furniture every evening. In summer, you can’t do without a sunshade anyway, so it should be covered directly. That way you are also protected longer in the evenings.

The site is level, it only slopes a total of 3 meters to the west.
Honestly, I don’t know what other information I can provide!?

We currently live in an older house and of course, I have thought about the room sizes. I don’t think I fail to recognize pseudo sizes.
In the end, the rooms will anyway be adapted to the masonry and will vary slightly.

So I would be very happy if someone has an idea to organize the hallway differently.

As a bungalow owner, I will lend you my infinite wisdom: Basically, when you have a bungalow, you accept a certain closeness. You will never be able to separate your areas that clearly. Even with a hallway, you will always hear what your little son is up to in his room. That’s the principle of a bungalow. If you want a much clearer separation, you will have to resort to another floor.

Another principle of a bungalow is short distances. In other words, you try to design hallways that are as “circular” as possible. You can only achieve this by combining living areas or building them large enough so that everyone gets their own bathroom. Because nothing is more annoying than having to run past the front door with your bare backside, then quickly slip into the dressing room to then change to the bathroom. Anyway, a dressing room should always be near the bedroom.

I know others see this completely differently, but you primarily build the house for yourselves. Your child will be out of the house in 17 years. Then you will have your bedroom so far away from the main bathroom that it should become very inconvenient for you. Plan the bathroom next to your bedroom. The young ones can be expected to walk a few more meters.

Kitchen: seems a bit small. Especially if you want to bake/cook together once in a while and one opens the dishwasher, you will stumble over each other. Treat yourselves to a bit more space there.

Living room: I also find it a bit cramped. You will entertain guests there, which will get really tight.

I have attached our floor plan for you. Then maybe you will understand what I mean by “circular hallway.”
