Bungalow floor plan for 3 persons, 130 sqm, please opinions...

Sometimes you just have to ignore certain drivers....

In our bungalow, the bedrooms are small, but the living areas are large. In our place, the passage to the garden is between the kitchen and the dining table, which is practical. I also really like the floor plan of Evolith.

For us, it is usually the case that the master bedroom is not near the children's rooms.

Sorry…. Without incidental building costs We still have some leeway, but basically we are planning with 300T to have 50T buffer.

Try to leave out the walls to the hallway. This way you make it less winding and make the hallway brighter and more inviting. It then also appears significantly larger.

Otherwise, especially when it comes to stairs, have a professional plan it. It very much depends on the measurements. Some here in the forum are really good at that, but I have to give up on it ;)

Subject to staircase planning and upper floor, I would at least mirror the sleeping area, enlarge the kitchen, change the stairway entrance, make the office accessible from the hallway...

Don't you want a toilet in your bathroom? :D
