In the design, one of the children's rooms was planned with a ridge height, a nice idea. I want to leave the terrace aside for now; it will probably be better placed near the kitchen. The garage also cannot be placed where it is shown in the example image. For now, I am only concerned with the room layout.

I think you can save some space in the kitchen in the dining area as well as 1-2 sqm each in the office/children's room on the upper floor.

The plot has a height difference of 3m over 35m. I think a basement makes sense there.
