I want to thank everyone for the many helpful tips. It is indeed the case that you can get stuck in your mind quite quickly. I am now looking forward to opinions…

The staircase takes up too much space, I think. It’s also not good for the attic. I would have it run close to the roof slope and include a left-hand turn, then you’d also have better use of the attic. Basically, it’s always better to have a staircase running with the roof. Yes, I know, that was my suggestion  I also find the entrance hallway too long. Maybe the WC should be separated from the technical room – they’re always stuck together. And I think (repeatedly) that the living room should give up half a meter to get two clear axes. Many don’t care about that, but in my opinion, such obvious clarity adds a lot of value in terms of spaciousness without having to get bigger. In the upper floor, make sure the bathroom is above the one below. I still see a problem with the costs and a light-impermeable roof is not a light maker in the house, but rather hangs too large and low over the terrace. But the whole approach is worth continuing to play Tetris. And then there’s the statics to hold the roof

I wonder where - since all the rooms on the floor plan are called Garage or Draft - a now two-year-old child is supposed to go before moving into their own space at the other end of the house - cf. my post (and also take a look at the house related to its origin)

By the way, the local draft increasingly reminds me of the one by , to which there: has linked a handful of recommended examples for comparison.

In my opinion, you would do yourself a big favor by strictly separating your fun in designing houses from applying it to your own building project: take the serious task to a professional, and focus on your play, which doesn’t have to have anything to do with the other.

I haven't pointed out anything else, see "catastrophe". ;)

yes, but that doesn’t really help here.
Semi-detached house, (almost) square, practical, good with 8.95 x 9.50 m with staggered shed roof (15°/20°) on a slight slope. 130 m² living space ground floor/upper floor and basement 70 m², half of which is garage + workbench (old kitchen installed) + "material storage" (tools/paints/plaster/garden furniture/table tennis board/lawnmower/bicycles/tires/central vacuum/mini wood storage for fireplace), utility/technical room total 8.5 m² (access to garage), cellar 17 m², rest anteroom/stairs.
Ground floor: living/dining/kitchen and mini pantry with total 50 m² in L-shape, WC 2.5 m², office 6 m², rest corridor/hall/wardrobe/stairs with window.
Upper floor: 2 x children's rooms each 18 m² (1 children’s room additionally has 8 m² gallery floor accessible by space-saving stairs, the other children’s room is actually a guest room), 1 sleeping/dressing room 17 m², bathroom 7 m² (base area 9 m²), rest corridor/stairs.
Room heights basement/garage: 2.2 m, ground floor: 2.50 m, upper floor: children’s room sides 2.4 to 4.1 m, sleeping/bath side 1.7 m to 2.6 m
Balcony 28 m² (16 m² covered) at ground floor level.

And we don’t have too much space…

Were the dimensions of the property actually listed anywhere here? The numbers cannot be determined on either the phone or the computer. To add up the house measurements and do ratio calculations, I am honestly too lazy.
