Yes, I try to be open and also accept constructive suggestions. That's why I'm here. It is only human to get stuck in one's own ideas, which is why I share with you to clear my mind again and to accept other ideas and help.

That’s why I’m trying here to take up constructive criticism so that the perspective becomes more open again. Yes, maybe we should start over, and for that I gratefully accept suggestions.

This great T-hallway. Of course, some people here write novels about it. The result is the same. I do something else as my main profession. And others come around with 10 sqm children's rooms... that used to be enough, and in apartments they aren't bigger either. And it goes on with "priceless" inspirations. Floor plans are drawn for months for that, with the well-known results.

Everyone starts somewhere, and that is what the forum is for—to exchange ideas and also accept other opinions while respecting others at the same time. It is not wrong to dream and try to realize wishes, even with a smaller budget. Not everyone can or wants to overextend themselves for building a house, and not everyone can build a villa. Still, one may have demands. And by the way, I do not want a 250 sqm villa, whether I could afford it or not. Tastes differ, as do ideas about how big a child's room should be. Acceptance is the magic word. Of course, it is okay to point out that something is too small for oneself, but acceptance and respect for other ideas would be equally nice. Irony and cynicism do not help anyone... Everyone according to their taste!

May I ask how your house is designed?

Something else than telling stupid stuff?

The floor plan from is here: and the one from [...] there: ... has just freshly shown theirs here ... and updated there:

There is no T-hallway!
(unless, as Jochen Malmsheimer puts it, "substances are involved")
