All good,
you wanted thoughts on the floor plan.
has a bungalow for 2, we do as well,
and these are our thoughts with years of experience.
You have planned everything for your life,
and it will work.
It is always nice to see,
that houses for 2 are totally different and no standard plans are used.
see also and and and

we have a bungalow for 4! Our kids still live in it.

Regarding the kitchen/living room: We also have an open area, but my guests don’t see anything from the kitchen when they come in. They first have to turn around and look sideways. At your place, they really have to pass by the kitchen directly. That’s annoying if you like to leave things standing sometimes. If you tend to your inner Monk and always leave everything clean immediately, that should be less of a problem.

I would skip the plan with the glass door. It’s always open anyway and makes everything feel even more oppressive. Don’t forget that in a bungalow you often walk quickly straight through the house. Having to constantly open and close doors then is really annoying.
By the way, I find your living room very oppressively small.

The drywall idea is great, that keeps you flexible. Thanks! The sleeping corridor still has a terrace door, so I think it should be bright through that. A frosted glass door is also a good idea.

The background behind the living room is mainly coziness. My parents have 30sqm and that’s really too big for me. One must also not forget that no dining table is included and it is really supposed to be a cozy family corner.

I haven’t read everything, so maybe some of this has already been answered, partly just food for thought or a question about awareness.

- Did you plan the expansion of the attic directly or only later? In the second case – where will your child sleep until then? Is there a plan for the upper floor?
- In which bathroom is the little one supposed to wash, shower?
- Of the 69cm wide windows, with a normal frame there is still about 40cm wide glass left
- You really have no possibility to accommodate an overnight guest anywhere except on the living room couch, an extendable couch with 90cm width can’t even be placed in the study
- What is the second shower in the small bathroom for if no one can stay overnight anyway?
- No matter where the overnight guest comes from, they always have to go all the way to the front door for washing/showering
- Naked from the bedroom across the hallway and especially past the terrace window when daughter/son later chill with friends on the terrace?
- The large bathroom doesn’t really work with the (corner/compact?) bathtub as planned, additionally the entrance to the shower is estimated to be quite narrow. Shower and bathtub side by side on the left side of the plan would be possible
- The "corner nook" in the utility room at 1.3m width will not be sufficient for most heating systems as planned, heating is usually about 60cm deep, workspace and some clearance to the wall in front, possibly a tank with 70cm diameter next to it... Has the type of heating already been decided?
- With the little cabinet in the kitchen passage, there remains about 80cm of passage from the 122cm
- Did I overlook the television or are you consciously not planning one? On the long sideboard in the living room it would be ergonomically awkward around the corner

All in all, this would not be MY floor plan. However, since not much has really changed on the last 26 pages except for minimally invasive minor changes, these are mostly just cosmetic amendments.
