The headline reads like modest, cost-effective architecture, but it turned out to be a two-story building with many rooms that are not even mentioned in the room program. The size now suggests a higher-priced project.
Do you now know WHAT or HOW MUCH you can afford?

You can forget about the one from #79 and onwards.
My tip: 130 sqm bungalow with use of the gable roof (no separate floor, no separate roof either. Also no additional flat roof, no complicated seams, corners or connections, but a gable roof with a practical pitch). Use the budget for sqm and equipment. 120-130 sqm on the ground floor with stairs to the upper floor for separate kid’s room or office and storage room. That way there won’t be any surprises.

My biggest wish would be a covered terrace at the kitchen and the separation to the living room with a sliding door. Maybe this can also be implemented with the back of the carport.
The office on the ground floor would also be great, so that upstairs really only the child has their domain.
