What about the providers / BUs / GUs now? Do you already have one? I mean: You are nicely leaving out the budget. Usually, you do that when it will be tight anyway. Therefore, you won’t be able to avoid choosing a standard house from the [GU] you trust, which you can then customize.

Here is a small spontaneous approach to get something out of the brain-knot

But it is also modifiable, e.g. mirror the sleeping area, so that the bedroom is at the front and the child's office at the back in the west
The sleeping area could also be partitioned so that the office is more open to the hallway.
The hallway could also be reduced in size and the front area taken as part of the dining area.

No: Although you have presented a much better solution, the brain knot is actually buried in the planning "methodology," just putting the inner walls into the cube cup and shaking. I would consider it more sensible not to work pictorially, but first to hatch an abstract procedure before painting.

Uh… sorry for the objection! 1. I don't paint 2. the outer walls are also different The only thing that remained are the wishes of the OP.

It’s not you who draws instead of acting conceptually, but the OP. Only he/she can solve this knot himself/herself, but no one by offering a finished drawn counterproposal.

Nothing else will ever come from the OP: I have opened all attempts on the screen. These are all little siblings with the same flaw.
I also know that the OP does not want it the way I have drawn it. Probably he is now desperately searching for pictures on the web where you can see it once ;)
He wants exactly what he constantly redraws, just because nice Pinterest pictures are being traced in their heads.
