exactly. and since we will be going very often at least from the ground floor to the upper floor, it is also essential for me to achieve an improvement there. In my proposal, the staircase is extended by 65 cm. This compensates for one step and a tread extension. The new dimensions are:
from the basement to the ground floor 17.3/28.7 (The staircase only works if it is turned again at the top. If this is not possible, then it has to remain steep. But that might again mean that the headroom to the staircase above that becomes shallower is not sufficient
from the ground floor to the upper floor 17.6/28.5
from the upper floor to the attic 17.9/28.15
I also find the risers 18.5-18.8-19.2 at 26.1 tread depth too steep, uncomfortable and unsafe. Maybe it works for the basement. Possibly even for the attic. But the ground floor to the upper floor must be connected more gently!

What is this egg dance on the ground floor around the guest WC supposed to be about? Because of that, you have this maze-like path. What speaks against placing the WC completely at the bottom of the plan? But what am I saying. Suggesting pictures is really all I can do. Then just walk in a zigzag.

Just like in your plan, we don't want it that way, because to get to the WC there you have to go through the same path that you have to use when coming from outside and wanting to take off your shoes. Your suggestion with the swapped cloakroom and WC would work well. That's actually what I wanted to try as well. There will still be a small hallway in front of the WC (which is actually only useless inside the WC now) that cannot be used. For us, it may be a juggling act (and everything is still vacant) but it leads to a larger cloakroom. That is the goal with 3 children – without skimping on the living room.
Also, the idea was that the passage makes good use of the bottom stair step so kids or older visitors can sit down to put on their shoes. Of course, the shoes will be taken off briefly then, but that's just how it is. As I said, the entrance area is still very vague. Your suggestion is not forgotten. I'll take a look tonight to see if it all comes together more timely.
What do you think about the rest (apart from the tower construction)? Are the hallways and stairs sufficiently dimensioned?

No measurements. Also, I prefer not to discuss projects that completely contradict my conviction. Good luck!

I tried to describe the dimensions as completely as possible IN THE SPACE. That is unusual, but Sweet Home 3D is really rubbish when it comes to dimensioning. Of course, I have to accept that you dislike discussing such projects. But I can also find it a pity. Above all, I would like to provide feedback that I do not understand why that is. We have now completely sunken the basement. It is also not planned as living space. So we are actually only talking about the project: house with a small footprint and therefore instead of 2 floors, the roof is additionally developed and the upper floor is fully bricked instead of the attic. Such a "crazy" project as was criticized at the beginning is it no longer, is it? It is just a (possibly legitimate) alternative to the 1.5-story building with a footprint of 12*10m. Now just 9*9 and 2.5 (or 2 – is the roof counted?) floors.

Why are you planning the attic without underfloor heating? What kind of living spaces are supposed to go there? is, by the way, more than confusing. It is always recommended to make one separate post for each variant here in the thread. And, label the rooms.
