I never think of a garage in the basement either, but the OP has already planned it that way in his sketches

... so that one can somehow drive to the back with whatever on the property?

I don't really understand many thoughts here.
Either I am too "creative" in the use of a property for a house or rather limited when it comes to possibilities that I would tend to overlook if it is about the _further_, i.e., rather subordinate use.

Furthermore, I also see a problem with a width of 17 meters in placing the terrace to the west, because the setback regulations get in the way there.
So the terrace is either in the south or/and north.

Have you looked at the other pictures?

Which variant without a garage in the basement would you suggest?

To park a trailer in my garden, that’s why the space is needed. Where else should it go?! You have to look at it as a whole.

I’m creative too and wouldn’t need doors etc. (everything open). The creativity ends here with the toilet visit

The whole street is full of houses with the garage in the basement. New builds as well as old buildings....

There are no problems there. This matter has already been agreed upon...

A few small things have given me food for thought. But somehow this does not help me further.

You probably expect too much. Within 48 hours no one here will conjure up a draft. Especially because, as you can read, many questions are still open. Just when I saw the other two photos, I wondered whether the trees would be removed or if the 17 meters width is already the "net" width. Also, why even have a basement if you can just as well use the roof for storage or as a guest room. It's much nicer and cheaper to convert the roof. Your slope certainly doesn't really scream for basement construction.

Your sketch is not exactly suitable as a basis for improvements. I would start over, reorganize, and reconsider this "from the garage into the basement" concept. You should also really set priorities if it really comes down to deciding whether, for example, the trailer could be parked at the back or it would be better to have a garage or carport there (you can possibly drive through it) in favor of a south terrace. Otherwise, have a look on Google by googling floor plans. Or on Pinterest. Danwood also has very nice houses for inspiration

Why does the trailer have to be in the garden? Wouldn't it be easier to have a suitable space for cars, trailers, etc. right at the entrance of the property .. = privacy screen towards the street .. and really set the house further back?

With the height specifications, I still can't imagine how the driveway with garage into the basement is supposed to look and at the same time a level exit from the ground floor is supposed to pass.

Make some views of your plans. And anyway, is an architect going to be involved?
