Okay, I'll redo it and make one post for each variant. I thought it would be easier that way to always compare the two variants (with back and forth). Regarding the underfloor heating in the attic: The architect gave a reason. But I can't quite recall it right now. Above the upper floor there will definitely only be a wooden beam ceiling. It was either because of that and/or the roof pitch. Two children's rooms are definitely planned up there. And currently it is planned to install a slightly larger radiator in each room (due to the lower flow temperature of the heat pump). Concrete ceiling and underfloor heating would be preferable for me, though. I wanted to ask again what speaks against that.

So here is the proposal from the architect. There are 2 children's rooms in the attic. All other rooms except wardrobe/vestibule and bathroom on the upper floor are labeled.

Here is an alternative proposal for the bathroom in the attic, once with markings and once without.

Why no door between the hallway and the open space? You should try to furnish the open space. I find that quite difficult.

The master bedroom is very tight with a raw construction measurement of 333 cm .. bed with frame about 210, wardrobe with doors about 66 cm (Pax with sliding doors), leaving 57 cm passage.

Attic .. where is the slope? Does the shower fit in the corner? If the 2m line is supposed to be there, it could get very tight.

A site plan with the garage marked would be helpful to assess why the entrance door was relocated. That immediately means 90 cm less wardrobe.
