Just salespeople, especially at the big companies. If you want to deviate from the "show home", then it either means it’s not possible or it becomes extremely expensive, even if you just want to move a window. We were able to change windows even during the construction phase without extra charge.

How much did the 3 garages cost fully assembled?

They will cost a little over 21k (construction hasn't started yet). However, they are kept relatively simple. White plaster, anthracite-colored swing gates, breakthrough between the two garages and passage to the "tool garage" at the back, as well as breakthrough to the door to the utility room and a door at the back to the garden. Packages such as electricity or motor have been left out. I will do all that myself afterwards because the prices for those are outrageously high.
