Overwhelmed... Is my calculation/my knowledge correct!?

I don’t know what you want to change now. But would it possibly be an option to build with a basement? Then you would have the utility room free for an office, if it would be feasible at least without extra costs (except for the basement, of course) to move the technology to the basement. Otherwise, that would already be a great price for a Schwörerhaus. Almost 5 years ago, they already wanted about €20k more for a house of this size from us.

There are now three BU's in a close race, as soon as the offers are available, there will be some details about it and your advice will be asked again in the decision-making process.

We are building with Town & Country and so far everything is going great..Our little house costs according to the building permit 148,000 and we are completely satisfied with that..one shouldn't build castles in the air..

So you have foregone any extras?

Well, as you can see, this is the first floor plan.. We have an American kitchen, 2 additional windows, underfloor heating on both two floors, and a little house that uses 7800 KWH, of which 1300 is renewable energy, and an additional shower in the guest WC.. We live here on the Polish border in the far east ... the standards are not that high there...
