Heinz von Heiden should actually be the cheapest provider for turnkey construction except for painting and flooring.

Town & Country should be cheaper. At least it was for us.

However, the OP did not report on Town & Country and therefore probably has no comparison.
He basically writes that Heinz von Heiden is too expensive in comparison, and that definitely _cannot_ be the case.

Edit: mind you, on paper for the calculation. In the end, this company will not be the cheapest, but it presents itself that way.

Is there still a bathtub and a scooter free with the house at Allkauf Haus? I already found these promotional offers very off-putting. We were also in Fellbach back then...

Thank you @ Admins!

I meant that the "normal" prices at Heinz von Heiden refer to a KfW 70 house. If you want 55, it will probably be much more expensive...

The "basement" in the Allkauf Haus offer is a standard basement. The price includes electricity and water connections. It is a single basement room with 25m², to be used as a utility room.

Yes, the "wellness bathroom" is still included for free. I looked at it; it is really nice. The scooter is still available as well .
A garage with a door is also included for free + iPad. So when it comes to offers, Allkauf Haus really delivers. The garage deal is not bad either...

But I don’t know.. I’ve read good things about Fingerhaus, they are now in the closer selection.

Town & Country was mentioned here, are they any good?

What we also liked a lot was Lehner Holzbau from Bonndorf in the Black Forest. They make very nice houses. Has anyone built with them?

Tell me, was the selection as complicated for all of you and were you so torn back and forth?

And what I also wondered, don’t you end up with about the same price in the end? Whether Heinz von Heiden, Hanse Haus, Town & Country, FingerHaus, Allkauf Haus, Rensch-Haus etc.?

The houses are offered differently with various services, but if you take/have the same services with all of them in the end, it is a similar price.

I hope you don't really believe that they are giving you the bathroom, the scooter, the iPad, etc. for free. The costs for these are already included in the price. Such offers would rather deter me than arouse interest. Allkauf Haus has nothing to give away either.
