So, 2 acquaintances were very satisfied with Town & Country... It's rather "good and affordable," everything else costs extra, which is already included with others...

Yes, thank you very much for the thoughts.

Whether wooden studs or solid wood, we don't mind, both have advantages and disadvantages.
The tip about the delivery time is a good one, I will pay attention to that.

We already have the property

Strange approach... one should be clear about what is most sensible for oneself.

Similar with buying a car: gasoline? diesel? hybrid? electric? You will decide on something early on, even though everything has its advantages and disadvantages.

Well, I don't know, I can only read the pros and cons and nothing more. Both are okay for us. Diesel vs petrol etc. can be found out relatively quickly by test driving. I can't do a trial stay.

Therefore, I can't have an opinion on that because, as I said, both have disadvantages and advantages. What would you recommend and why?

You can find out. You can visit model home parks, take a close look at the houses, listen as a test, and so on.

We decided on a solid house, primarily for subjective reasons.
But also for cost and time reasons.
